SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies.

Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows - 

  • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 100

  • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 - Rs. 150

  • Rs. 3000 - Rs. 9999 - Rs. 250

  • Above Rs. 10000 - Free 

 

DELIVERIES

All Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days of order confirmation by our in-house logistics team.

All orders for the Rest of India are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail  and whatsapp upon dispatch of your order. You can also visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail and Whatsapp. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at thewhiteinkdecorthewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com or at +91 9899637758 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it.

 

PAYMENTS

Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won't be accepted. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly,  we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • In case you receive wrong merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We do not accept returns of ceramic products.

 

If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight based on invoice value as follows -

  • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 150

  • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 - Rs. 350

  • Rs. 3000 - Rs. 9999 - Rs. 500

  • Rs. 10000 and above – 10% of order value.

Cancelation: 

In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at thewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Return Process:

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 3-4 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect, & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at thewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on thewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com and 

  3. our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement/refund process will get initiated.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. 

  1. The refunds can be made in the form of an exchange order. An exchange order is the fastest way of refund. It means the refund value can be used to place another order of the same value as the calculated refund amount. The product will be shipped to you after the reverse pickup is completed and received in the warehouse. The exchange order can be of more value than the refund amount as well, however, the difference must be paid by the customer.

  2. Cash refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer. Cash on delivery refunds are processed by a third-party service, hence please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your statements. 

 
Refund Amount:

(i) Partial Refund: The amount of the refund will be calculated as per the previously mentioned structure.
(ii) Full Refund: Eligible only if The order received has a damaged product/ manufacturing defect / incorrect product.
